| Relieve Stress During Pregnancy - |
| Stressed out? (What pregnant lady isn't?) Try eating a banana. They're high in vitamin B—the so-called stress-relieving vitamin—which can have a calming effect on your mood. For an extra mood boost, try one frozen and dipped in chocolate. If anyone asks about the chocolate, blame it on the baby |

| Care Should be Taken While Travelling - |
| Travel by car, while certainly the most common, requires a few preventative measures. Always wear a seat belt with the lap belt applied across the hips, not over the abdomen. It’s important to take frequent stops along the way to empty your bladder and to exercise your legs. Stop the car, go to the bathroom, and walk a few steps at least every hour. While in the car, don’t sit on your legs; keep them uncrossed and get your blood circulating by contracting and relaxing the leg muscles and by wiggling your toes. |

| Get a Pedicure Before Baby Arrives - |
| You're working hard to prepare your body for labor and delivery: Lots of squat exercises? Check. Eating well? Check. A great lip gloss? Check. Bikini wax? Yeah right. But don't rule out all salon treatments. A pre-delivery pedicure is a great way to relax your racing mind and your aching feet. Plus, everyone can admire your fabulous toes between contractions. |

| Lessen Morning Sickness - |
| Still feeling barfy after breakfast? (And lunch? And dinner?) Make your mealtime beverage an after-dinner drink—in the non-alcoholic sense. Rather than drinking liquids with your meal, wait half an hour before chugging down that Big Gulp. Something about the food/drink combo swirling in your stomach instigates upchucking. Graphic, huh? Like you weren't queasy enough already. |
| You probably need to drink. Yes, kinda gross, but consider it early training for your upcoming obsession with everything that your baby excretes. |

| Wear Your Favorite Jeans Longer When Pregnant - |
| You're determined to wear your designer jeans until the very last possible pregnant moment. (Considering what you paid for them, we don't blame you.) Move that moment another month away by looping a large rubber band through the buttonhole and wrapping it around the button. Didn't know your favorite designer had a maternity line? Well neither did he! |
